I had Jack come to my retail shop to install some lights to brighten up a dark area. He was such a pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem. He got the job done quickly with no fuss exactly as I wanted. He left the area spotless. Lovely young respectful guy who is obviously very experienced. Jack was great to deal with when we had a number of domestic electrical jobs in Elanora that we held off and then got them all done together. (i.e. down lights, fan, range hood switch replacement, power points, bathroom exhaust fan). We initially made contact via facebook messenger and Jack was prompt with a response and came out to quote the work. He was a good communicator and respectful of our time. Came when he said he would and was prompt and time efficient. Jack asked questions to make sure we were happy with his suggestions (ie: he is very good with the little details and measurement/placement of light fittings). A sign he takes pride in his work and he cleaned up nicely afterwards.

Jack is an absolute legend. Very professional, honest and hard working. Communicates well and is really thorough and tidy. Even puts up with our kids constantly chatting to him while he’s working away! Highly recommend.
