We signed up for Sparkforge for Orcas Food Co-op over a year ago to consolidate many different services/subscriptions into one central platform. Nate has been great to work with throughout the process and is incredibly responsive, even at odd hours, which I appreciate as someone who often works on tech systems in the evenings. A year+ after switching, I'm feeling really good about the decision. The top reasons for that are: - We were able to get rid of several other subscriptions, which partially offsets the cost of Sparkforge. - Succession planning: I used to be the one who had to help my team members with IT issues related to email, website, or whatever, but now they can reach Sparkforge for support and that makes it possible for me to actually be "off". If I leave the company I no longer feel concerned about the lack of institutional knowledge related to tech, because we don't really need our own in-house expert, and the team can learn gradually alongside the Sparkforge team. - We won't have to always be looking and comparing various services for the functions that Sparkforge provides. Instead, I can rest assured that no matter what changes come along with tech that we are going to be using modern and secure tools, because the team at Sparkforge will continually seek to stay on the cutting edge. - There are tons more features that we can use in the future as our business evolves. We've barely scratched the surface.

We had an old personal computer that we had stored all our photos and personal documents on before the cloud was a thing and we neglected to back them up on a separate hard drive. As older computers tend to do, this one decided to basically stop functioning and getting it to run was next to impossible. To compound that, once we did get the machine to load, since we hadn't used it in a long time and had forgotten the password to unlock it. Arcus Foundry did an amazing job recovering old files and family photos, and we are forever thankful for Nate and his team enough for saving those memories for us. They were fantastic to work with and would highly recommend them to anyone.

SparkForge is a game changer! Their ability to streamline our customer and employee experience saves all parties a ton of time. The automation they offer is invaluable. I have known nathan a very long time. I consider him to be one of my best and longest most dear friends. I have always looked up to him, whether it was what he was doing with cars or computers he has always inspired me. He is such a loving and caring person and that is shown in whatever he is doing, be that business or personal. He really cares and I have always felt heard when I would talk to him. I would say that he goes Above&Beyond 🥰💖(IYKYK) for his friends and his customers. If you have the opportunity of meeting with him be that business or personal, consider yourself lucky because nathan is an incredible human whom I love and appreciate very very much.

Full IT set up for our small business.My background is in restaurants, and when I needed tech solutions, I did not want to learn a new trade… overwhelmed with build out, menu design, concept refinement… There was no room for any more tangents and was stalled and in slight panic having so many things to consider before opening our café. All I thought I wanted was a point of sales system.Calling Arcus for consultation was the best decision I made in the process.Nathan offered simple solutions, clearly explained, and gave me so many simple options I had never considered… It really is fun.They had our point of sales, website, payroll system, and accounting integrated with Seattle business, home office, laptop and full iPhone access in two days. So much better than just a point of sales… This is what I wanted!I can monitor the exact sales interface, reports, and live video surveillance anywhere and from all my personal devices. It’s amazing!I even have a 4K video Which I could edit on my cell phone of the little punk that graffitied my building. Ha! All the bells and whistlesWithin 3 months, our Google business profile has over 10,000 views. Nathan gave easily understood tutorials for a middle aged Luddite like myself,Ongoing support… And I apologize Nathan, but, evening phone calls to answer every question I had.
