With that in mind 1st impressions start with 1st communication and Diamond was extremely rude which did not make me feel that I would have a positive experience with her service, not to mention her prices are extremely inflated in comparison to many others in the same field- so I felt obligated to ensure this very unpleasurable interaction with her was documented so that others can be informed of this experience. Diamond needs to work on her phone edicate and professional presence which indeed can affect public perception of her and her business.
