This is my go to place for all my injection needs!!! Kiana is an absolute angel and so talented at what she does. She’s super knowledgeable and meticulous. i use dr. refresh's cold plunge once a week --- i do both resistance training and jiu jitsu practically every day, and since being introduced to the cold plunge it has become a vital and necessary component of my health and wellness practice. the benefits both short-term (inflammation reduction, dopamine boost) and long-term (strengthening of my immune system, etc.) have been exemplary.i'm also grateful that dr. refresh founder chris santos has taken the extraordinary step of personally coaching me through every cold plunge i have done. the first experience especially can be psychologically and physically challenging, and having the company's chief care enough to guide me through those challenges so that i can achieve the benefits the cold plunge offered sets dr. refresh apart from any other health and wellness spa i've visited.
