We recently purchased our home and quickly discovered that a negative slope around the house was directing water toward the foundation and contributing to water intrusion into our crawl space. Finding a solution quickly was incredibly important to us.White Water came out within 24 hours to assess the property and provide an estimate. Alex walked the entire property with us, listened to our concerns and took the time to explain what he was seeing and the different options available. We never felt pressured into one solution. He helped us understand the problem and what would make the most sense for our property.The scope of the project was extensive. They installed underground drainage for all of the downspouts around our home, including a garage channel drain. They tore out existing garden beds and bushes, regraded the front and rear of the home to bring the areas around the foundation to a neutral or positive grade where appropriate, installed weed barrier and seeded/strawed the areas that were disturbed.And when I say "they," I mean Alex and Xander. Just the two of them tackled this extensive, multi-day project! What a dream team!We also had massive storms roll through while the work was underway. Rather than letting that derail the project, they were able to see in real time where water was collecting and use that information to address problem areas around the house. At the same time, we were mid-move with other contractors and helping hands coming and going. Alex and Xander happily worked around everyone and were incredibly easy to have on the property.The results were immediate. With the first rainfall after the work was completed, we did not see any additional water intrusion.Alex was wonderful to communicate with from beginning to end, and both he and Xander were knowledgeable, hardworking, personable, trustworthy and genuinely invested in solving our drainage problems correctly. Discovering water intrusion in a new-to-us home was stressful, but having people we trusted helping us solve it made an enormous difference.

White Water replaced our old gutters with seamless gutters at our home in West Bloomfield. The difference in appearance alone is worth it, but they also function way better. No more leaks or overflow during storms. Super happy with how everything turned out!
