My firm (Torridon Law PLLC) used NewConnect for our main fiber internet connection, and the performance was excellent. We operated on both wired and wireless connection, and the wireless service alone is extremely stable with no package dropping.When we initially switched over to NewConnect fiber, we were primarily configured on wireless service connection while the fiber was being installed. IT operations and firm resources functioned normally, even when hosting or attending video conferences. Our document management system and print server did not experience any interruption or bandwidth fluctuation while operating on wireless connection.I dealt with Oscar Williams and Krista O’Neill, who were able to get us situated while on tight TWO WEEKS’ time frame. The type of work that was completed by NewConnect usually take about a month to three months, however due to the urgency of our request, they dedicated their efforts to get us going.In summary, all their professional staff and technicians\IT personnel are true professionals and incredibly prompt to follow-up when an issue arises.If you are interested in switching up your ISP, I highly recommend considering them. I never thought Internet speed could be this fast!  I am a Washingtonian who has been running restaurants for decades and didn’t realize there were other options until my building was lit with NewConnect.  My busy Restaurant on the Georgetown Waterfront had been having awful issues with Comcast, costing me thousands of dollars when my customers couldn't pay by credit card due to spotty service and frequent drops in connectivity.  The install couldn’t have gone smoother with NewConnect, as Krista coordinated our account setup up and had us up and running as soon as possible.
