Called Loadrunner and made reservation for a Monday , we were at a time restriction she knew the GVWR of trailer and we had to be in Texas by 3:00 Monday. Robert called and said we could pick up trailer early to get a head start on time. In the middle of all this we had some electrical problems (unaware of) called robert he shows up in the middle of the night he stayed with us until we could resoulve the problem., We made our deadline in Texas at 3:00 . load up machinery with the easy load ramps strapped down wich was provided by Loadrunneer. Pulled the 3 ton machinery with ease. Trailer never walked or jumped not once the whole trip. I did not know customer service existed like thos. Robert went outo of his way to make this happen, Realy nice trailer and an affordable price, We will be back when the projects comes knocking. And we Met two new friends.M. & T.

Robert and his team were amazing to work with. Trailer was in great shape, delivery and pick up was prompt (even early), and customer service was unmatched. Robert even offered to help us load and strap down the trailer, plus was super flexible with locations. We’ll certainly be using Load Runner again!

I rented their 24 ft car hauler for 3 days. The trailer came with straps, a winch and plenty of tie down locations. Cost was very reasonable!! You will not find anyone more accommodating than Robert!! He was very helpful in many ways!!Need to rent a trailer, start here!!!!

Robert was great. He was very helpful. The entire rental process was very seamless from booking online, paying and uploading insurance. His prices are very reasonable. Will be renting from him again in the future. He has many different trailer rental options. He was very accommodating.
