I could not reccomend Sam more. Not only is she super proffessional but honestly cares about the overall result. The attention to detail is second to none! Alongside and absolute banging playlist! Sam is extremely patient and talented. And i couldnt be more happy with the results and experience. I think it can be really difficult to feel safe when you are sharing insecurities and Sam made me feel like i could be vunerable and i feel like that in turn allowed the results that i recieved as not only did i take her opinion but i felt like we was in a collaboration in every appointment. Super super happy!

I came across SMP Bristol via google and Facebook. Quickly had a chat with Sam and the team about my needs and expectations. This I will add was a stress free conversation and at no point was it a sales pitch. Throughout the process, Sam has had my needs at the forefront of every interaction. She really is an artist, and attention to detail is second to none. Very skilled lady who sometimes underestimates her ability and her empathy towards her clients.I have worn a baseball cap for 90% of my adult life due to issues with my hair, I have suffered with folicolitus which left me with scarring and an uneven hairline.I can honestly say this has been a complete life changer. I suffer with anxiety around not wearing a hat and have missed out on weddings, funerals and general life due to my anxiety.Sam put my mind at rest from the start of the process, making me feel extremely comfortable as we moved through each session.I am honestly overwhelmed with my final result, I can say I now no longer wear a hat, my confidence has grown and I am finally living a normal life and it feels amazing.Thankyou so much Sam, you have an ability and eye for detail second to none. I recently had an SMP (scalp micropigmentation) treatment and I’m really happy with how it turned out. Sam was great throughout the whole process — really patient, easy to talk to, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time.She took her time to get everything right and the attention to detail really shows in the results.
