I had a great experience with this company. I went to another company first (just based on google top results) and they quoted me about 3700 to replace a pipe. I called allied for a second quote and they said less than 2k. Unfortunately due to weather it got pushed back, but when they came there were three men who did a great job at not only replacing the pipe, but coming inside to look for another issue we had. They went into the crawl space, made sure to clean up after themselves and even when they fished grabbed my broom to sweep some things they dropped. As for the back yard they filled the hole and made sure it was safe for my kids to go out when they were done.The only complaints I had was the first time the appointment got pushed back I had to reach out to them to see what was going on. However with it raining I should have assumed. Then even though they did spend literally the whole day here today fixing the pipe, one of the tubs is having issues completely draining still.But again let me add, they did A LOT of work. Being here from about 8:30- 4ish, they went above and beyond in my opinion with the work and everything else included.Everyone was very friendly, very helpful and keeping me in the loop for what was going on and things we could do to fix it in the future. And with how much I called I appreciate the patience they had with me!I would definitely come here again and highly recommend this company to anyone else. Less

So far I’m really happy with the Allied team. I’ll include the details of our issue below, but to get straight to the point here’s 3 reasons why I recommend Allied.1. They are very easy to work with. Responsive, communicative, and pleasant. It’s sometimes hard to deal with service providers, but not them. They take their time to answer questions and explain the work. Christopher and Jennifer are lovely.2. We got other quotes and their prices were very reasonable and in line with bigger competitors.3. We didn’t actually go through with the work we were initially quoted for, but called back a year later and they were able to just pick up and move forward with an updated quote within 24 hrs. Plus our existing permit from a year prior was still valid and they got us scheduled for service within a couple of weeks so we could use it.Details:We initially contacted the team following a sewer backup in May 2024. We asked Allied to scope work for rerouting our sump pump discharge and for solutions to help prevent future sewer backups. Christopher and Jennifer walked our basement and backyard, assessed the issues and explained in detail the various options for both sewer backup prevention and sump pump drainage. While we ended up not pursuing a quote on the sump pump, we did get a 2 quotes from them to address the sewer issue: converting to overhead sewer or installing a flood control system. We did not actually have the work done at that time due to some outside factors. Fast forward to April 2025... following another sewer issue I reached out again, got an updated quote and scheduled the installation of a flood control system. The team is scheduled to install beginning Wednesday 5/14. Less

I had Allied come out to inspect my septic tank/field and find what the problem was. Over the phone, i was told it was 475$ for the entire inspection. Once they came, they didn’t need to use most of the equipment initially mentioned, and they readjusted my payment to 225$. Thought that was very fair, most places wouldn’t have knocked that down Less

Amazing service!! When another Company messed up the way they set up out brand new septic system, Allied came and diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. While the other company wanted to charge us before coming to take a look as well as tried to blame us for the problem. Allied was very knowledgeable and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently.
