I went to Gavin for a sore lower back which was quite debilitating. Despite regular stretching and movement in the gym, the pain had been lingering for several months. A couple of sessions with Gavin later and the pain is non-existent. Great service.

I recently picked up a calf injury from running, and have just completed six physiotherapy sessions with Rachel Gillespie. Rachel provided excellent care and advice throughout. I was provided with clear instruction in terms of exercises to carry out between sessions and these have definitely accelerated my recovery. During the sessions, Rachel alternated between providing soft tissue release and acupuncture, both of which worked effectively. I would highly recommend the physiotherapy service provided by Rachel. I would also thank Ben (Practice Manager) and the team at reception : professional, courteous and engaging.
