From the moment I walked through the door I felt very welcome and at ease,everything was explained how it all works,I was offered tea or coffee,the seating area was comfy and very clean. My first session started with Rachel who was very easy to talk to and very confident in her work from my first appointment to my last she talked me through everything she was working on starting with stretching exercises then rub downs,the aches and pains in my back and neck are now gone and I feel absolutely pain free now and I definitely know where to go if I ever need physio treatment again. The whole team were polite and easy to talk to and definitely made my experience a memorable one. A big thank you to the team and most definitely Rachel 😇🤟

I was strugguling with Ulnar Nerve pain for ages. I was having numbess and tinglining sensation and loss of power in my hand which was coming from my neck all the way down in my arm. I was looking for loads of solution and nothing worked until I have talked to Chris. He advised me a new treatment which called StimPod treament, never heard about it before. Basically it feels like pulls the pinched nerve in my body and helps to heal the nerve as well. What a relief big big thank you for Chris and for his knowledge about this new treatment. I would highly recommend them if you have any nerve related problem.Thanks Chris !!!

Rachael was very nice and professional. She was thorough in her exercise demonstrations and very patient too. I enjoyed my sessions with her. Rachael at the reception was very nice and helpful too. All the staff were friendly.

All the staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. Rachel at reception is very helpful and Rachel, (physio), has phenomenal knowledge that she can channel into any ache, pain and issue. I have multiple nerve pains and muscle aches both chronic and acute. Rachel is fabulous at loosening the tension and providing follow up work for me at home within my range of movement and ability. Very much appreciated!
