I was hit out of the blue with nerve pain down my leg and suddenly could scarcely walk. A senior nurse of my acquaintance who had previously had very helpful treatment at the clinicrecommended me to search for the Exercises OnLine and these had a dramatic effect on both mobilising and level of pain. I would not hesitate to recommend Gav.Noble's U Tube videos to anyone needing physiotherapy advice and helpful solutions.

Chronic issue with lower back. Booked 6 sessions making the treatment great value. My physiotherapist was Rachel Gillespie. My sessions are now complete and with Rachel's work and the exercises she gave me I am almost back to being pain free. This has made such a difference. I also discussed a knee issue with Rachel and she was very knowledgeable about what could be done. Can't recommend Rachel or the business highly enough. Very caring ethos.
