The services were great until they weren’t. I had referred 5 people to them all who signed up for memberships plus have referred many others. When I went into caregiving for my best friend who was dying of cancer I asked to postpone my last visit until I was back in town they said I could when I called to reschedule they said I no longer could and then they proceeded to tell me they would call me back after speaking to management. They never did after months of calling. I finally showed up in person and asked if I could at least get my treatment completed even though the person I shared a membership with was not going to do theirs all for them to say we can honor one but we’re closing. This is a great service, easy to book online, fill out paperwork from the convenience of my own home, same day appointment, providers are friendly, fast and anticipated my needs before I asked without selling too many products. My experience was exceptional! From Megan at the front desk, to Debbie who administered the IV and explained the process and Chris the owner helping me select the right drip for my cold/flu symptoms, everything was top notch! I immediately started feeling better and the day after my cold symptoms were majorly reduced and I feel back to normal!
