Never returned phone calls so tried bringing them there and they were closed in the middle of the day. If you want business then be open during business hours and have better customer service.

It has now been 6 days since you claimed to mail my paperwork! I live 3 miles from your office! I don’t have paperwork yet! You can claim you were sick, but you had no problem trying to call me at 9 am Saturday morning! Then texting me about harassment laws and you have a PI! lol you are a joke where is my paperwork?You are not sorry at all for delaying anything! You told me after you said you werent a good fit for me to come and get my documents! Then you proceeded to call me a racist for whatever reason telling me to go to hr block for my needs and to get get my papers! You were not in the office nor was anyone the day you said to get my things! After your text message behavior I contacted local pd as you were not to be trusted! Currently l still don’t have my documents or an answer as to when I will receive them!Terrible experience! Never finished my taxes told me she wasn’t a good fit! Been trying to get my taxes to take them to hr block as she suggested I do, but she will not give my paperwork back! Good luck if you want to find someone in an office! Oh ya she gave me her personal number because nobody is ever in the office! She will let you know she’s the owner! On multiple occasions! Bad business period!! I’d add a photo of her storefront but there is not a company logo advertising any level of professionalism! Please give me my tax papers back! You have already delayed everything one month

Went to get my taxes done and thought this was a good place to go to. I've stopped there multiple times and the place was closed with an open sign on. Guess im going to H&R block.

Highly highly unprofessional. Didn't even have shoes on in the office. Rap music blasting by staff when I went in during business hours Took 3 weeks, and doesn't respond to questions, didn't seem to know what was needed to prepare taxes, kept asking for things, and when I gave them to her she asked for even more. 3 weeks later im back at square one.... Highly do not recommend this place
