I’ve been going to Alloy Fitness for a little over a month now, and I can honestly say it’s been an amazing experience. I was a little hesitant at first since I don’t usually love group classes, but the small class size (no more than ~6 people) makes it feel super personalized and not intimidating at all. From my very first intake session, everyone was incredibly welcoming. Danielle had me working out and laughing almost instantly, which set the tone right away. Anthony, one of the head trainers, is fantastic. He knows exactly how to push you just the right amount while still making it enjoyable. The space itself is open, bright, and has a great energy. The music is always on point, which definitely helps get you through those tough moments. Troy, the owner, is also very present and clearly invested in creating a great environment -he’s around, engaged, and you can tell he genuinely cares about the experience.I also love that the workouts are 45 minutes - quick enough to fit into a busy day, but every single time I leave drenched and feeling like I got a real workout. If you’re thinking about joining a new gym or just want to switch things up, don’t think twice - check this place out. I’ve already seen a big improvement in my fitness in just a month.
