We worked with Mark Lynch to sell a property owned by an estate for which I was the Trustee. As such, it was our responsibility to dispose of the property quickly to settle the estate, but also at the best possible price. Mark devised a marketing and pricing strategy that make the property very attractive to potential buyers. We received multiple offers and he graphed out the pros and cons of each offer, providing advice from his years of experience, but left the final decision to us.
