Kari Ann is simply amazing! She is kind, compassionate, highly knowledgeable and strategic, and an incredible negotiator. We were in the process of getting my mom's house ready for market when my mom died. Kari Ann connected us with a lawyer to deal with probate, a contractor to deal with some repairs, and patiently monitored the market as my sisters and I did the work of emptying a house we had for nearly 50 years. Working with Kari was a dream! Kari showed me a house on Friday. With her guidance, we strategized and put in an offer on Saturday. Kari cut out all the other offers and got the sellers to agree to my price (which was below asking by the way). They cancelled the open house and the house was mine by Saturday night.
