Working with Kari was a dream! Kari showed me a house on Friday. With her guidance, we strategized and put in an offer on Saturday. Kari cut out all the other offers and got the sellers to agree to my price (which was below asking by the way). They cancelled the open house and the house was mine by Saturday night.
