Rather than duplicate the comments from other reviews with all of her amazing qualities, I offer this analogy…Hiring Kari as your realtor is like flying private while the rest of the world flies commercial (coach, business, even first class, doesn’t matter). If I could give 10 stars to Kari, I would! Kari went out of her way to help me with a multitude of questions and issues that I had when I put my house on the market in Chester County. Kari takes pride in her job and is passionate about real estate. Her candor about what I should expect was appreciated, as I had several issues with my 30+ year old home during the selling/inspection process. There were several questions/issues that she was not obligated to help me with - but she did and I am grateful for her willingness to go above and beyond. She always replied right away and had a realistic, professional and friendly demeanor. I would recommend Kari to anyone considering buying or selling a home in Chester County, the Philadelphia region or Pennsylvania in general. Needless to say, the process of selling a home is cumbersome but Kari put my mind at ease and made the process as seamless as possible.
