I was thinking that my instant hot water system was dead, but Dan investigated and found it was a simple problem, fixed it and completed the job within an hour! 80yr old f pensioner. had a leaking shower so I called Dan at Truflow, he said he was finishing up a job around the street and would come later. He came took the taps off the shower looked at the spindles said nothing wrong put them back in . This took less than 1/2 hr. That night at around 9pm I received an overdue invoice for 198.00. I paid the bill the next morning. The next time I used the shower it started leaking again. I sent him a message to say so and that I was not pleased. This was early Saturday morning and he said he could probably come back and look sometime the next week. Great what about the leaking taps till then. I drove to Tweed Heads and had to buy extension pipe and stoppers to stop the leak myself. great work. promised a refund but it never happened. Would never recommend.so much for using local tradies. You did not at any time say the spindles were worn, if you thought they were worn why did you not suggest replacing them. Yes they were not leaking when you left but as soon as they were turned on they leaked. You are so full of it. You can twist the story as much as you like. You would have to be the worse plumber. You walked through my house with your dirty work boots, I didn't mention the lump of grease you left on the tiles that I had to clean up after you left. I did not ask you you come immediately you suggested you would come around sometime after you finished your job around the street and I said fine. Of course I'd turned the water off or I would have had the tap leaking the whole time. After asking for my bank details to refund my money you did nothing. As for my age of course it matters easy to put it over the old. Sending an overdue invoice at 9pm the same night has got to be a first for a local tradie. Couldn't be more disgusted.
