Star Motor Werks is THE BEST and the ONLY place to bring your Merc, specially if it is an AMG. They are specialists and professionals; very thorough, efficient, SUPER FRIENDLY, and most of all, honest. I brought in my CLK63 AMG Black Series for its annual service, and am more than pleased and impressed with the level of attention to detail when it came to the inspection, the honest service recommendations, and the meticulous care they gave my car before, during and after the service has been performed. I gave my car to them in a very clean and freshly detailed state, and I picked it up in the same, if not cleaner condition! This has been my pet peeve whenever I leave my car at any place for service, and dread the new dirt or blemishes I may find when I pick it up. But Star Motor Werks passed with flying colors! Geoff, the manager, is a great guy, very meticulous and caring. He is super helpful, and will go out of his way to please and make your experience the most pleasant and comfortable as possible. Geoff does a good job at explaining upcoming maintenance concerns. Mercedes are expensive cars and I’ve found that going to the dealer doesn’t mean better service. He just said my mom’s brake fluid hasn’t been changed called dealer they said they did it last April. I try to avoid dealership because Random techs work on your car. If you go to a mechanic that knows your vehicle it’s more personable. He understands when maybe you should be looking to also get into a new vehicle since expensive repairs are coming. I have found that personal service is better than dealing with dealer games. They say one thing and when you pick up your car they hit you with misc fees. Geoff is a straight shot. I have him do both my parents cars and if I ever get a Mercedes I would definitely run it by him first. He steers his customers away or informs them of potentially expensive models with features that aren't as reliable. If you want reliable and comfortable cars Mercedes is basically your only option. You need a good mechanic to go with it. Less

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Star Motor Werks. Brought in my 2020 c63s for some maintenance and ended up getting an exhaust done with them. Once the exhaust came in, they got my car in the next day and stayed 2.5 hours past close just to get it to me by the weekend. I’m ecstatic about the result and the service.
