Jennifer Clemens is a mortgage miracle worker! Our family was nearing our closing date and were working with a different lender. Unfortunately that lender was not able to help us as quickly as we needed them to and after weeks of almost no progress on our loan after we had submitted all they asked for, our real estate agent suggested we reach out to Jenn. We were nervous because it meant starting from scratch. We called Jenn on a Monday and the following Tuesday we signed our papers. She told us she could typically close a loan like ours in 10 days and it took 8. As a matter of fact, she got us further in the process on the first DAY than the other lender had gotten us in weeks. She stepped up at the last minute and ensured we were able to close on our house. She was communicative and informative throughout the entire process and made it clear that she was dedicated to helping us get into our new home.
