Absolutely great experience. The detailing job came out great. They got to all the tough to reach places that never seem to get clean. They also buffed out a bunch of scratches on my driver side. I am very happy with the service. And Stephon is extremely charming. Great experience all around.

If I could give it a zero I would, first of all I pick the premium detail, however my car was dirty on the inside regardless. No fresh scent, they just wash the exterior and charge me 165 dollars. They didn’t touch the console, none of that, don’t get me started on the floor. I wouldn’t recommend. At last, he told me “Ma’am that old car was washed thoroughly” as if I wasn’t about to pay all that money for my “old car” to get treated properly. Very bad experience, complete waste of my money. I should have gone to a normal car wash cause that’s the same service you get for $40 to $60. Never again.

When the detailing was completed and I examined the car there were so many things missed and left "undone". Wasn't looked over before I was called to pick up my car. After pointing out all of the mistakes and lack of doing a thorough job I had to stay over a hour later waiting for it to be done the right way at their "Premium Prices". Then I was overcharged on the balance due and I even stated the amount and he still ran a larger number on my card. Didn't have my glasses with me or I would have pointed out the mistake. No one picks up the phone - all they do is send text messages about their specials. Do not recommend this place at all for what they charge and the shoddy service.

Baby is coming any day now, so we needed our car cleaned. ASAP! It was a mess from our dog, especially in the back seat with a good couple of months worth of sand and dirt from the dog park. I honestly wish I took a before and after picture because it’s truly night and day what they did for our car!There was an extra fee of $50 for the sand removal (which I totally understood, yall don’t under how FILTHY it was back there lol) and they did an amazing job. Service was right away, we made our appointment and took the car in the same day. Front desk guys were very friendly and got the job done while we walked over to the mall across the train tracks and did some shopping.Our car is sparkling and ready for baby now! Thank you so much! Will definitely be recommending to friends and family in the area!
