I am grateful to be a tenant at Stewart Glen apartments for seven years. My apartment is clean and spacious and well-insulated. The monthly rent is comparatively low.I have garden space for flowers and vegetables. I am able to love and nurture my two cats. Anytime I’ve had a question or concern, my problem was quickly answered and resolved. I know my neighbors and we watch out for each other. I truly am blessed!

I lived here for about 4 years and loved it! The staff was always very friendly, personable, and answered any maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and maintained very well. If that wasn't enough, this is probably the best location for your money that you will find in the Peoria area. If I didn't have to move for work, I would have loved to stay for even longer. Highly, highly recommend!

My time at these apartment's was great! It was incredibly affordable and well maintained. Kathy, the manager, cares for her tenants and makes sure to keep the place safe for all who live there. Highly recommend!

Safe and affordable, loved living at Stewart's Glen apartments. It's not just budget-friendly, it's also remarkably safe. Management is responsive and the grounds are excellent. A great choice for comfortable living. I highly recommend. 👍

Rude!!

2021-03-02T16:12:27.456Z

These apartments are infested with mice, and mold in the bathrooms..disgusting, Management won't even fix the issue🤮🤢. They only chose to renovate the outside of the apartments and did nothing on the inside. Can't forget about the phone towers that are nearby, they are a hazard to everybody's health, if you care about your health do your self a favor and leave!!

Great place to live! I would recommend it to anyone.

2020-10-14T03:27:16.866Z

Feels like home! Btw...any negative reviews were most likely left by people that didn't pay their rent or got kicked out for being filthy tenants. The management doesn't stand for unclean apartments!

2020-05-08T10:59:31.882Z

Horrible racist management and maintenance. Very rude and to have a maintenance request completed, it's little to no completion. They also invade yourPrivacy. The manager has watch dogs. The owner needs to reevaluate the staff. Starting with the head manager.

Best apartment complex in Peoria that still has affordable rent. Anytime I needed maintenance, they were there to help and I never had to wait. Kathy was helpful with any issues or questions I had. The complex and units are well cared for and I am grateful for having been a tenant to an apartment complex with such a great family history.

I loved living here! Reading the other reviews....I was ALWAYS given a notice if maintenance had to come in for some reason. For example, a couple of times a year they check your furnace and I received a letter a few days before. I have no complaints! The staff was very friendly and it was affordable. My requests were taken care of quickly and they kept the yards looking nice. I highly recommend it!

Terrible management, I even had a really bad roach problem 🤢

2019-07-25T18:18:19.140Z

Just was bad and had dead roaches when I was visiting

2017-04-14T13:50:43.027Z

Awful people, buildings with giant cracks in load bearing walls, and maintenance has access to your place when you're not there and they are not to be trusted. Live somewhere else.
