My wife and I were so lucky to come across Ally's website, although literally on the bus from Cancun to Tulum. We managed to finalize the reservation and organize a delivery and pick up from the bus station, all through whatsapp and a detailed form 👌🏼 the reservation process was great, super clear and transparent, Ally had amazing advice about Tulum. I was bit worried about the police, the accidents and all, but her videos were realistic and reassuring! I ended up renting an ATV, it was great choice given the roads and bumps along the way, also the trunk was a huge plus, we kept our backpack there and it was super nice to go around light weight 😁 Ally in person was just like in the videos, genuine and very helpful.
