I fulfilled a dream to invest in a metal roof so that I don’t have to worry about replacing or dealing with loose granules from a shingle roof every time it rains. Plus I wanted to get ahead of a a predicted severe El Niño this winter. Rafael was a true professional and worked with my budget and needs and my house literally stands out in my neighborhood. They handled getting the permits processed and approved - this was not a shady operation- plus, completed touch ups on my eaves, gutters, vents, and filled in the gaps on my under roof base. After visiting their website, I submitted an inquiry and received a prompt response from Eddie, who directed me to contact Rafael, the owner by cell.Rafael responded quickly and arrived at our property the very next morning. He conducted a thorough inspection of our 7,200 sq. ft. industrial building, both on the roof and inside. During his assessment, he identified a critical issue with our 3-ton AC unit, which was improperly positioned and causing a concave section in the roof. His recommendation to relocate it to properly supported beams likely prevented significant future damage.We requested a full tear-off and reroof, something we had anticipated needing for years. The scope of work included removing 14 skylights and properly boarding and insulating those areas from the interior, while replacing the remaining four with new 8-foot, openable skylights. Rafael also handled all necessary city permits, making the process seamless.It is difficult to fully express how impressed I am with Rafael and his entire crew. From fair and transparent pricing to exceptional workmanship and professionalism, they exceeded expectations at every stage.
