Once those initial problems were addressed, I transitioned—by choice—into a maintenance plan to keep everything aligned and functioning properly.Over time, my visits have decreased from a couple of times per month to once every 4–5 weeks. As a result, my recovery time from weekend activities has improved dramatically, going from weeks of downtime to just a day or even 24 hours.I would highly recommend Spine Pain & Performance Center to anyone dealing with low back, neck, or other orthopedic concerns.

Initially I came in for extreme pain, when I knew my SI joint and low back were ou of whack. Alignment helped pain within hours. I continue w adjustment and therapeutic massages, along with strengthing excercises. This results in noticeable( to others) improved posture, plus allows me to continue stocking work at Northern Illinois FoodBank.
