I had a great experience going there. They made me feel special! They went above and beyond to make things right and they did it with a smile.The LDU (large drive unit) failed on my Tesla, it got flooded with coolant (known issue for the model s I have) Matthew, kept me updated throughout the process of repairing it and did a procedure of preventing the motor of going bad again in the future.What happened next is when they went above and beyond. I went to pick it up, at arrival found out the rear bumper was damaged which crushed me and frustrated me, the damage had happened an hour or so before I went to pick up, so they didn't even know it had happened, I pointed it out, once the team checked the damage out they took the issue at heart, they checked the cameras out right away and they found out a random tow truck had backed into it, basically hit and run. I was freaking out internally but they made me feel at ease telling me they will take care of it at no cost.Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I hope I don't need to see them anytime soon for my cars but if I do, I know who to call and go to. Already recommended them to a couple of my friends in case they need their teslas worked on.Keep up the great work!

We had a car with a dead battery. We had a new battery and called Cartechga in Roswell Ga to see if they would come to our house to put in the battery. They did and it was an awesome job. Very nice man and very reasonable price.

Super responsive and comprehensive. Brought a car in for pre-purchase inspection. Super easy to schedule. Dealer who brought car in was equally impressed with thoroughness. Price was reasonable- I called several other mechanics, some were gouging due high end nature of car, cartech didn’t factor that into price via surcharge. The estimate to repair is also very reasonable. 5 stars all around
