If I could give 10 stars. I’d give 11. (Spinal tap reference) to the one and only Ryan petri. He guides This whole team and spreads the trait of compassion and dedication and that is mostly lost nowadays, and as true leader, he spreads this to his team. He Has and I’m SURE will continue to be an absolute pleasure to work with, and has gone above and beyond to help me. Him and his whole team stayed late for me. Gave me a cheaper quote than I hoped for. He cares about the work that he does and I can tell always tries his best. . One of the things I always tell people to look for in a job/carrer, is to find something that you care for. Not to punch the clock and milk the hours. But rather do something that leaves and impression, a lasting smile. Never would have thought a car insurance agency would ever have that affect on me. But “niagara national insurance” sure did. Don’t go anywhere else. Or do, but…. If you do… ima say; told ya so!

I really cannot say enough great things about the team at Niagara National and Ryan and Renee, in particular. We were referred to this agency by a friend when our previous insurance premiums were raised, and I'm so grateful we were. Ryan is genuine, straightforward, and exceptionally responsive. Renee is thoughtful, thorough, and caring. Shortly after brokering with them, we needed to file a claim with our homeowner's insurance, and they were just so helpful and compassionate. Additionally, they helped us get coverage for our decidedly "fixer upper" cottage and ensured we were getting the best coverage for the money. Every time I've reached out to Ryan or Renee, they've responded almost instantly. They make you feel like you are their only client.
