The cleaning that was done was inferior. A few spots were missed, but I got the stains out myself easily. I don't think I'll be using them again.

James was very good to work with: he was timely in response to my questions; his estimates were very fair, and he stuck to his estimates; James and his crew arrived on time and completed the requested work with attention to detail and within the timeframe he quoted. I had originally asked them to clean my rain gutters, but after inspecting them (by climbing up on the roof, not just eyeballing the from the ground!), he informed me they were damaged, not blocked. He indicated where the problem was and, when I asked if I owed him for his inspection, he politely indicated was a free estimate! I just moved and part of the moving process is to clean the place top to bottom so as to get your deposit back. I'm way too busy and thought hiring a cleaning company would be the answer. I was way wrong! I was super disappointed after I came home to see their "job". I actually was appalled and began taking pictures of some major UNCLEAN and may I even say untouched things like behind toilets, baseboards, pantry shelves, countertops, faucets in kitchen and bath. I sent the main guy the pictures and he came back over to "fix" them. He said a few times that "someone was going to get written up for this" when it was he and his brother who were the ones that cleaned it. I then left my place as he was starting to reclean majority of the place and 45 min. later he texted me saying that he had fixed everything and not to worry because they had never failed a cleaning check. Immediately I thought, there is NO way he could've cleaned 20 things I pointed out to him (including big things too like blinds being filthy, dust and grime in so many corners, etc) in 45 minutes. And I thought there is certainly no way they have never failed a cleaning check with the job I saw! I came back home to check and it was a teensy bit cleaner and knew that there was no way we were going to pass. And we did our walk through today and we failed. I texted Riley and told him we failed. He responded and said "Looks like they really have it out for you guys!" And my thoughts to that "Ummm--Looks like your cleaning methods and cleaning company sucks!" Here is an excerpt from an email from our landlord who had a cleaning company come in and give an estimate on what needs to be fixed and what they would charge-->. "The Cleaning Estimate by the Cleaning Company is $350. So I know that you have put in time, but things are not clean. All surfaces need to be cleaned. Cleaning may not be your thing. Example--going through the motions of cleaning VS it being clean are different. The front SW Window was wiped on the outside but just smeared around. I put an X through the streaked part. All the surfaces need to be cleaned and wiped down THOROUGHLY. Here are some of the areas— the top of the stove, the inside door of the oven, drawer to the stove is smeared, Transom header windows over regular windows, the water dispenser tray on fridge is filthy, inside of fridge door has food splats, the toilets--some parts have not been cleaned or even wiped, vacuuming not completed in all areas and crevice tool used, stairs have not been vacuumed clean, cold air return isn't clean, Blinds are still dusty, Windows havent been thoroughly. cleaned, Mirrors in bathrooms not completely cleaned, Hard water on faucet fixtures, Kitchen cabinet glass in doors aren't cleaned. shower enclosures, Front Porch light, Lights over the bar- grease covered with dust, etc. " If you can't tell I'm upset. I'm upset that I paid a company that honestly can't clean well! Their motto is--"if it looks clean, no need to hit it with cleanser or a rag". I'm upset that I could've saved the money I paid and did a better and more thorough job myself. And I don't mean to sound sexist, but I will say- woman are just better cleaners. They just are. I should've known better. Moral of this looonnnng review---HIRE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!! Less
