Absolutely thrilled with Julia and my Ombre Permanent Brows! Julia is truly outstanding. I had a tricky situation where one of my eyebrows wasn't holding the colour, and Julia went above and beyond, doing three retouches to make sure they were perfect. She didn't give up on me, and her persistence paid off – I feel like a million bucks!Beyond her technical skills, Julia is also incredibly kind and supportive. She made the whole experience so comfortable, and even acted as my psychologist during the treatment! I can't recommend her highly enough.
