I'm really happy that I went with Alex at Erase-Ink for my tattoo removal. From the beginning, Alex has been knowledgeable and kind through the whole process. I had a lot of questions and doubt about the whole process and he really put me at ease. I love that he is actively researching about the tattoo removal process and seems very passionate about the subject as a whole.The shop is very clean and the process itself was quick. During my first session, Alex took the time to monitor my skin after the first zap and adjust the laser if needed. He also asked me if I was okay or needed any breaks during the process.My tattoo itself has faded so much in just one session so I can't wait to see how the rest of the sessions go.

I went to American Pride Tattoo Removal at first to see how much it would cost to get my tattoos removed. My friend had gone to Removery and she is on her 13th session for a little tiny number and it is still not gone yet! Alex, had me sold when he was doing the consultation, he was very very KNOWLEDGEABLE!! He talked me through the whole process and any complications that could happen because the person who tattooed me did it incorrectly. I really appreciated his honesty. Just after two sessions of the laser removal process I already see significant changes in my tattoo visibility! What I love is that he tries to get the tattoo off as fast and safely as possible. I would HIGHLY recommend Alex to anyone who wants their tattoo removed!!

Honestly the most amazing staff and artist I’ve ever came across work here. I’ve been to 2 of their locations and both have been exceptional! (Clarkston & Rochester) I’ve gotten both tattoo and a removal with them. Shoutout Gina I can’t wait come see you again for a new piece and Alex for everything else you’ve done for me!
