After no one returned my call later that day - during normal waking hours - I contacted them again and they said that a technician would not be available to come to our home for another 4 days! In the meantime I was advised to deactivate the area of the home (zone) where it appears that a sensor is malfunctioning... because that's safe! It also did not help as the alarm was STILL going off randomly. Will definitely be selecting a different security company in our next home!1* because 0 is not an option.
