Steve has done a great job on my house. I needed a some extra plug sockets, some lights fitted and a whole new fuse board. He was happy to do the work, pleasant to be around and really positive. Genuinely lovely person to have in my home and made me feel really comfortable. He was far more mindful than I expected about my illness and tried his best to reduce the dust created by the work. We had a brilliant service from Steve - we needed an electrician urgently as all power had been lost in our home. We rang at 8.30 in the morning and Steve was with us by 9.30. He worked diligently and found the problem, working straight through to 2pm. He was polite, courteous and obviously knew his stuff. Superb efficient service. Only what I thought were small jobs needed doing, light switches and a bathroom light. Steve identified quite a dangerous issue with the bathroom light where the connections were worn and fused in parts. Quickly solved this by deftly clearing out the hazardous materials and replacing it all without leaving hardly any mess which I’m pleased to say was cleaned up nicely before he left.
