I called MP HEATING on Monday the 19th our heat had gone out. It was 36° in the house. A gentleman named Mark answered the phone. He said he could be right out. When he came we explained everything, he said he would check it out. After a little while he came up and explained what he had done and showed my husband. Our pipes were also froze and he gave us some tips on get the running water . I have to say Mark went above and beyond what I excepted. He was so kind and really helped us more that he knows. He called us a couple times after he left to make sure that everything was warming up like it should be. I would recommend Mark to anyone else who has heating issues. We appreciate the services we got from him. MP Heating was very reasonable. He said he would check back in February to make sure it was running good. Last week MP Heating and AC installed a new Bryant AC at our home. Our original one was 37 yrs. old. Chris called 2 days ahead of time and said see you at 8 and he pulled in the driveway at 8:01 A.M. 12 yrs. ago they installed our furnace. They checked to make sure everything was working properly when they left and cleaned up the work area. We also got a good guarantee.
