Nice, big training space with easy parking. Ted is a highly experienced and generous instructor focused on deep fundamentals -- old school angular jiu jitsu -- which is an approach that I respect and appreciate.

I've enjoyed, learned and had great benefit from each of my visits to this school. Always impressed with the level of skills all belt levels display, and just seems like a really good group of people. Family friendly environment, clean, safe, and very technical.
