Once they're ready, you drive your car in and wait in the car. While the two guys were not masked, I only had to open my window to hand them my credit card. Otherwise, there was no interaction, so definitely a great option for anyone looking to stay safe for covid. The whole thing took 23 minutes because there were 2 cars ahead of me being finished up. The oil change itself was maybe 7-10 minutes. I appreciated the precautions they took. It was a fantastic experience overall. Thank you, Costa Oil! Less
