Had a young man named Jonathan stopped by today trying to sell us "pest control" and gave us a Moment Home Security business card saying they do both however there's nothing about pest control on their website. My main reason for leaving this review is because we have a no soliciting sign at our front door yet Jonathan still felt it was OK to knock on our front door and try to sell us pest control. There's a reason people have no soliciting signs so please respect them.

Our experience with this company was very disappointing. It took nearly a full year for our equipment to be fully installed and functioning properly. We initially assumed this was an isolated issue, but after working with them on multiple properties (our business, a rental property, and our primary home) within about a year of each other, we experienced similar delays and equipment issues across all three installations. While I understand that others may have had different experiences, ours involved repeated service delays and systems that were not operating correctly for extended periods of time. Despite these ongoing issues, the contracts require a three-year commitment, which makes it very difficult to cancel or move on to another provider. We have now fulfilled the three-year contractual obligation, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this experience publicly. For anyone considering their services, I would strongly recommend reviewing the contract terms carefully and fully understanding the length of the commitment and cancellation limitations before signing.

After conducting extensive research on alarm companies and reading dozens and dozens of customer reviews we chose to go with Moment Smart Home for our alarm and camera system purchase and we're so glad we did. Trent was wonderful to work with and helped us choose the exact system we were looking for. He is super knowledgeable and did a fantastic job on the installation as well which was very important to us. We love our new system and will be using Trent for some additional home automations. I highly recommend Trent and Moment Smart Home!

Moment Home Security is the best by far. I have dealt with many security companies in the past in residential and commercial, Trent and the team lead the way by far. Install perfect, adding components to the existing system perfect, go ahead and trip your alarm by smoking up the kitchen and boy they call right away to make sure you are ok!!!!!Love these guys and the service. Recommend to all! Thank you, Trent, Glenn and team!

He was very efficient and professional. It is hard to find this quality customer service these days!

The folks at Smart home for top-notch professional company and people. I have their system in my home and at my place of business. The system is easy to use and they did a professional installation at both locations. I could not be happier working these folks. I’ve had a very good experience I would recommend this system if you are looking for a top-quality alarm system.Milton E Morrison
