Our experience with this company was very disappointing. It took nearly a full year for our equipment to be fully installed and functioning properly. We initially assumed this was an isolated issue, but after working with them on multiple properties (our business, a rental property, and our primary home) within about a year of each other, we experienced similar delays and equipment issues across all three installations.While I understand that others may have had different experiences, ours involved repeated service delays and systems that were not operating correctly for extended periods of time. Despite these ongoing issues, the contracts require a three-year commitment, which makes it very difficult to cancel or move on to another provider.We have now fulfilled the three-year contractual obligation, which is why I feel comfortable sharing this experience publicly.For anyone considering their services, I would strongly recommend reviewing the contract terms carefully and fully understanding the length of the commitment and cancellation limitations before signing.
