I had a great experience with the Hitech Solar team. Victor was very helpful during the initial site visit – he returned my calls, checked my switchboard, and clearly explained how the solar system would work for my home. He was patient and informative, which gave me a lot of confidence in the process.Kevin made the decision to go ahead with the company a lot easier as well. He was fantastic – always quick to respond via text, email, or phone, even during the weekend when I had to finalize things before the end of the financial year. Kevin’s clear communication and support really stood out.Overall, a very friendly and professional team. I’m hopeful the customer service after installation will be just as responsive and helpful.
