Brett Lark is the worst property manager/owner ever! He has lied and harassed us while staying at his property literally for no reason all because Airbnb credited me back a cleaning fee because the home was not clean! We had an 8 day stay at one of his homes and had to change our entire plans and leave early because he would not stop harassing us and locking us out of the property as well as locking the NEST thermostat to an unbearable temp of 83 degrees in 90 degree Louisiana weather! We could NOT have access to it. He entered the home numerous times while we were not in the home and without any notice! We felt threatened and harassed and almost had to call the police. A person that acts in these disgusting manners should not be allowed to rent out his homes, let alone make a profit on other peoples lives putting them through he**! The amount of riff raff and drugs that are in and out of these properties is ridiculous. I have a new born son and as i am typing this review, the Air BnB above my apartment has my entire home full of marijuana smoke. This is a weekly occurance. The people who rent these properties, as well as the owners of said properties, have no regard for actual renters or property owners in this area. Every morning there is trash up and down the street, i have had several things stolen from my home by tenants of the airbnb above me and nothing has ever been done about it. There really needs to be some form of consideration for the people whom actually live here. There should be no reason to sit up until 4 am on weekdays almost every week, waiting on a resolution to a noise complaint. This business is a plague on the neighborhood and my child.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, ideally located, and had with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts were truly some of the best we've ever encountered. They were responsive, helpful, and made our experience a great one. I’ll be rebooking this place for my return to Houston next year. Highly recommend!"

We wouldn't have this property and investment opportunity if it hadn't been for Brett and his team.
