I saw Rich before and after running my first marathon and he is very knowledgeable in sports preparation and recovery for runners/athletes. He helped my body feel relaxed and ready for my race and made a big difference in my recovery post-race. I felt comfortable the whole time and he was super accommodating to my schedule. My good friend Rich has been working on my family and I for over a decade now and we each have connected him with many other people who he has helped out throughout the years. We share a special moment that found him working with the Adelaide 36ers (from Australia’s NBL basketball league) when they beat the Suns in 2022, and also eventually me spending a season playing in Australia and also my sister Mariah living there for a year. S/o to our boy Adiel! Rich has helped me maintain my body during my off seasons and has always been positive and encouraging. AMAZING!! Booked the sport massage for my husband and sat in on it. Rich really knows what he is doing and talking about. He listened to my husbands concerns before hand and helped explain what the causes could be then during the massage he explained what he was doing and why it is helpful. My husband said he was feeling relief in spots he didn't even realized were hurting. Rich paid very close attention to detail and listened when my husband said too much pressure. He gave us tips on how to maintain his new relaxation until our next visit. 100% would recommend for everyone!! You will not be disappointed!

Rich was very warm and welcoming. Felt very comfortable there. He gave a great upper back / neck /shoulder massage that relieved the tightness and discomfort. Happily the migraine headache also resolved! He answered my text very promptly, got me in the next day, gave great directions to the office etc. Would definitely recommend Rich and his services.

Hands down the best massage therapist in the valley. I’ve tried many over the years, and this is the first place where I feel both real relief and completely comfortable. The space is calm, professional, and welcoming, and the work itself is precise, intentional, and actually effective.
