On arrival of booking a consultation with Katy, I found her very welcoming and friendly. I had my first Microblading session a few days ago and I have to Katy is the most Professional beauty therapist I have come across, her Attention to detail, is Amazing and she really is a perfectionist. This is the 3rd time I have had my brows microbladed and one was a top Salon, when I lived in Dubai. Katy is friendly, professional and confident. She loves her work and it shows, she's a perfectionist and very knowledgeable. You can tell she enjoyed every second of doing my brows and answering any questions I had. My initial consultation with Katy removed any apprehension about having my brows done. She is kind, knowledgeable and naturally reassuring. Her attention to detail during the process was exceptional, regularly checking that I was comfortable with the shape and colour. I can not recommend Katy enough. From the very beginning she made me feel so at ease with what i was asking for. I have never had any treatments before and was very nervous about the outcome-and a bit of a softy for pain! But she was very professional and honest about every step. The consultation was very informative and I knew exactly what she was doing during this time and she answered any questions I had. Email reminder about pre treatment were sent out prior to my appointment. I have recently had an operation so Katy gave me the correct advice about my upcoming treatment which i was able to have. During my treatment Katy was aware and made me feel comfortable at all times. She explained every step of the way what sje was doing and why. The finished result is amazing i love my new eyebrows. I cant waot to be back in 6 weeks to tweak and see how they turn out. Katy was thorough in what i needed to do for aftercare amd gave me a cute little bag and a card explaining how to look after myslef afterwards-a real nice touch. Katy is so lovely and very professional and knowledgeable all rolled into one. She couldn't be more kind and hardworking :)
