First time experience was so fun! Trea and Cameron were very welcoming and helpful. I didn't know what I was doing at first but once I started (with their help)it seemed to fall into place. I definitely want to go back and train soon!

Super grateful for all the Jabz instructors for creating a welcoming environment to work out and get stronger. I feel really great about myself when I’m here. Everyone is so welcoming and kind. I was worried about my ability to keep up but the instructors have no problem explaining things and making sure you’re on track. It’s a lovely environment and I’m so happy I found this gym! I signed up with their summer special and can’t wait to keep going :).

My daughter has been going to JABZ Boxing for a while now-she LUVS it and she has been wanting me to go. However I’m 63 years old and I’ve been hesitant thinking I wouldn’t be able to do it-I have jogged for years and I try to lift weights and bike occasionally but I’m not consistent. I finally gave in and went to my first class with my daughter and I loved it soooo much!! Heather and Trea are excellent at guiding me, instructing me, inspiring me, and helping me modify - needless to say I’m hooked and bought a package of classes!!! I feel stronger already bc it’s not just boxing but it’s a full body workout-I can even feel how it has strengthened me in my jogging-and it’s so enjoyable bc they know how to mix it up; it’s also a no-judgement zone and everyone makes you feel like family - I just can’t say enough about it and look at me I’m 63!!!

Had my first Jabz class, Trea, the instructor, was fabulous, she explained each station and helped modify to my skill level. At 64 years old I was initially thinking this was going to be out of my league but everyone was supportive. I will definitely return.
