My daughter has been going to JABZ Boxing for a while now-she LUVS it and she has been wanting me to go. However I’m 63 years old and I’ve been hesitant thinking I wouldn’t be able to do it-I have jogged for years and I try to lift weights and bike occasionally but I’m not consistent. I finally gave in and went to my first class with my daughter and I loved it soooo much!! Heather and Trea are excellent at guiding me, instructing me, inspiring me, and helping me modify - needless to say I’m hooked and bought a package of classes!!! I feel stronger already bc it’s not just boxing but it’s a full body workout-I can even feel how it has strengthened me in my jogging-and it’s so enjoyable bc they know how to mix it up; it’s also a no-judgement zone and everyone makes you feel like family - I just can’t say enough about it and look at me I’m 63!!!

Had my first Jabz class, Trea, the instructor, was fabulous, she explained each station and helped modify to my skill level. At 64 years old I was initially thinking this was going to be out of my league but everyone was supportive. I will definitely return.

This gym completely changed how I feel about working out—and about boxing. I never thought boxing would be “my thing,” but after training here, I can confidently say this is the best gym experience I’ve had.The coaches are truly exceptional: knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping everyone improve, no matter their starting point. The workouts are always fresh and thoughtfully designed—doable but challenging in the best way. You leave feeling accomplished, not defeated. It’s perfectly balanced for both beginners and experienced athletes, which is rare to find.The Leon Springs location especially stands out. The atmosphere is welcoming and completely judgment-free. Coaches take the time to help with form, encourage you through tough rounds, and make sure you feel supported. The members are just as great—friendly, motivating, and inclusive—which makes walking through the door easy every time.I’ve tried OrangeTheory, Club Pilates, the YMCA, and several other gyms, and none of them stuck. This one did. It’s an incredible workout, a supportive community, and a place that makes you want to come back. If you’re on the fence about boxing or just haven’t found the right gym yet, this is it.

I absolutely love the workouts at Jabz! My favorite part is the boxing. All coaches are great and help every step of the way! This gym is for all levels would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough good things about Jabz! From walking in and being greeted. Trea walked us through everything. The instructor was amazing. Trea helped us through the whole class. Everyone was so welcoming and it is such a fun and hard workout! Loved!!!
