He was great!! My dog is very vocal and nervous but Mark got down on his level at first and let him get comfortable before taking him back. Literally looks like my dog lost a pound of fur with all the loose hair he had washed/brushed off of him! His coat is shiny and soft and smells so good!!

Dropped off my little Minnie with Mark, and everything went so smoothly! I would highly recommend him—he is very professional and pays great attention to detail.
