Kara did an amazing job cutting both my girls hair. You can tell that she is very good with working with children. Very friendly & patient with both of them. It was my daughter's 9th Birthday & she loved her experience at Sharkey's. Such a fun place for kids. I highly recommend.

The experience was wonderful from the moment we walked in. My daughter felt nervous going in but quickly relaxed once she saw the fun atmosphere and nice staff. The service was excellent and I will definitely bring her here again!

We went for my daughter’s first haircut and the experience was a full 10 out of 10. Emily was so patient and sweet with us all. The full treatment felt so royal. Definitely a cute place to bring your kiddos. I definitely recommend Emily ☺️ we can’t wait to go back.

We had a great experience at Sharkey’s Cuts for Kids in Meriden! It’s the perfect place for two boys who can never seem to sit still. Our stylist, Biffy, was absolutely wonderful. She was incredibly patient, engaging, and did an excellent job. Both haircuts came out looking great!She even shaved a fun lightning bolt into one of my son’s haircuts, which he absolutely loved. The kids also got to pick something fun to watch during their appointments, which made the whole experience easy and enjoyable.We really appreciated Biffy’s patience and kindness. If you’re looking for a kid-friendly place for haircuts, I highly recommend Sharkey’s, and definitely ask for Biffy!

This was our first time at Sharkey’s and it was a great experience! My son hates haircuts, and Biffy was patient, friendly, and kind while my son screamed and cried in his chair. His haircut looks great!

Both my kids came here for haircuts. The hair stylist was amazing with my 18 month old who was getting his 1st ever haircut. The hair artist was responsive, patient, and made sure the experience was positive, despite my son's crying. My 9 year old also got her haircut, and again, the hair stylist did a great job.The place is catered to kids of all ages, with tv for shows and some video games, dolls, and play areas. Will definitely return for future haircuts.

Sharkey has been amazing. Our son was so nervous getting his haircut but now after a few cuts with Miss Kara he sits through it no problem! A great place for kids who are nervous or have a hard time with haircuts.
