We had an excellent experience with RG Luxury Transportation! We were a party of 13 traveling for a cruise, and they handled all of our transportation needs perfectly.They picked us up promptly from Fort Lauderdale Airport and took us comfortably to our hotel in Miami. Eight days later, they picked us up from the Miami cruise port and transported us back to Fort Lauderdale Airport.From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They kept the lines of communication open, were prompt, friendly, courteous, and very professional. We had a suitcase and carry-on for each person, and everything fit comfortably with room for everyone. The ride was smooth, comfortable, and stress-free.Traveling with a group of 13 and that much luggage can be challenging, but RG Luxury Transportation made the entire experience seamless. Excellent service. Booked 2 trips with them; one from the airport to a hotel and the second from the port to the airport. They sent confirmation of the trip with information on the chauffeur and vehicle before the appointment. The drivers were professional, on time and very friendly. The vehicles were pristine and comfortable. Communication with the service and drivers was easy and I always received a response. I will definitely book with them again!

I cannot express how happy we were with this company, in particular, Ruben. He was in constant contact and replied to my every request quickly. We were coming from New York and had many delays and issues due to storms. When I let Ruben know we were rerouted and were going to be much later than expected, he just said to let him know when we’re taking off and he would meet us. Not only did he meet us at 2:30 in the morning, but he was dressed in a suit and tie! Very professional, and if I could give this company 10 stars, I would. If we are ever in the Miami area again, we will definitely use RG Luxury Transportation again and if you are in Miami, you should use them too!😁

RG Luxury Transportation was fantastic! We were a party of 9 after a long flight from California, including my 2 mature parents with wheelchairs and Ruben, Diego, and Julian went above and beyond what I had expected! The sprinter van had more than enough room for all of us to sit comfortable and stow all our bags and luggage and wheelchair. I was kept informed every step of the way on where to link up and comms with the drivers was exceptional. Then they picked us up from the hotel and took us to the port to catch our cruise and, again, excellent service all around. I highly recommend RG and I will definitely utilize their services again when we come back! Thank you again Ruben, Diego, and Julian. You made a major part of my family’s trip worry free!

Ruben and his crew made sure our vacation went super smooth!!! They picked us up at the airport and dropped us off at the hotel. Then picked us up the next and took us to our cruise ship. And then on the way back they picked us up from the cruise ship and took us to the airport. It was wonderful having it all set up ahead of time so nothing to worry about! The vehicles were pristine and drivers were super friendly and professional! Would 100% use them again.

Excellent communication with Reuben booking the Cadillac Escalade for our trip to Miami. The booking process was simplistic over text and we paid immediately. Reuben actually tracks your flight arrival time and the communication via text was second to none. We actually faced a 1 hour delay in arrival and even after we held the driver Johnny for an additional hour, he refused to charge us for an inconvenience that was out of our control.
