Excellent communication with Reuben booking the Cadillac Escalade for our trip to Miami. The booking process was simplistic over text and we paid immediately. Reuben actually tracks your flight arrival time and the communication via text was second to none. We actually faced a 1 hour delay in arrival and even after we held the driver Johnny for an additional hour, he refused to charge us for an inconvenience that was out of our control. The car was pristine and the driver drove professional. Highly recommend this limo service!
