We’ve done three transactions with Ryan and Stephanie (2 purchases and 1 sale), and all went smoothly. They are great to work with, always super responsive and walked us through the whole thing. They are great listeners too, and always respected our wishes. Buying a home will probably be one of the most exciting and equally exhausting task you’ll do in your adult life. We learned once how difficult it was doing it ourselves so this time we looked for help. Words cannot describe how very grateful we were to have found Stephanie and Ryan to help me and my family thru this process. They are experienced, knowledgeable, patient, and most importantly honest. They were very transparent with us thru the whole process, letting us know what to expect, what would work with our budget, expectations of our wants versus our needs, and keeping us grounded in reality. They showed us what to look out for when viewing a home, questions we need to ask, and just overall how to be an informed buyer. So it was no surprise that we found our forever home with their help.
