Earlier this year, after several years of relying on Keith Zars to perform maintenance and cleaning for my pool, I fired them because their weekly cleaning service was poor at best. I hired Premier Pools to replace them. I allowed them to perform an acid wash on my pool. Once it was refilled, they waited too long (over a week) to return and treat the pool and it filled with algae. I wrote to them on several occasions regarding a remedy, which they apparently were incapable of performing. I fired them and decided to give Keith Zars another chance. They addressed the most of the algae, but it left black marks throughout the pool. They said that it was not possible to remove the stains from the plaster and recommended that I re-plaster the entire pool. I received a mailer from Mission City Aquatics Group, so I decided to give them a call. They came the next day and immediately address the remaining algae problem that Zars left, and the black stains throughout my pool. In less than two days, my pool was the cleanest it has been in years. Josh, from MCAG was extremely knowledgeable, and unlike my previous service providers, he understands the value of and provided exceptional customer service.
