I contacted The Original Electrician's office & was told I would be called back within 24 hours & I was. Andrew called me on New Year's Eve & came to my house to evaluate & give me a quote for my issues on New Year's Day. What I thought was a problem with my dryer outlet turned out to be much more serious & was considered an urgent manner as my breaker box was a set up for catching on fire as well as a faulty dryer outlet. He scheduled me for 8 days later. He along with another electrician moved my breaker box to the outside of the house & moved the electric meter & two other electrical boxes to properly accommodate the new breaker box. Everything had to be newly installed. They also did some additional electrical work that I needed done. Andrew is an incredible electrician with a very impressive fund of knowledge. He explained everything in detail, knew how to troubleshoot any problems that arose, as well as being very respectful. The work area was completely clean after they were finished. You wouldn't have known they had been there working so many hours. Andrew pulled the permit with the county as well as contacted FPL (they had to have someone come out to deal with the lines to the house). Andrew also came back & met the designee from FPL who had to okay/certify the work that had been done properly. He took care of a small issue that had presented before he left.
