I can’t recommend Fit365 enough – their 1-1 coaching has been absolutely incredible.When I started my 1-1 coaching, my goals were to improve my overall fitness, lose weight, and build muscle. With the constant support, guidance, and encouragement from the coaches, I’ve achieved all of that and more. They really took the time to understand what I wanted and pushed me in a way that felt challenging but completely achievable. The coached my technique and gave me lots of helpful hints and tweaks to improve my technique.One of my biggest goals was to deadlift 60kg… and I ended up hitting 100kg, which I honestly never thought I’d be capable of. The coaches continuously motivated me to go for personal bests and believe in what I could do, even when I doubted myself.What made the biggest difference, though, was the support during the tough winter months. Normally my motivation and enthusiasm for fitness drops, but having that accountability and encouragement kept me consistent and focused.This experience has taken my fitness to a whole new level, both physically and mentally. I’m stronger, more confident, and more motivated than ever. If you’re thinking about it – just do it. It’s 100% worth it.
