Ben was phenomenal to work with. He was very thorough in explaining my options when it came to selling my house, and helping me decide which made the most sense. He was great in suggesting strategies to get the most out of my sale, while keeping me reasonable in my expectations. In the end, we closed pretty quickly, above asking price. Great experience!

Mr. West was patient with me and informative. Seemed to have the right connections for the home inspection and repairs. His connections were cheaper than I was able to attain on my own (I know, I checked). He was available to me quickly when looking for homes that were selling within 3 days of listing. (A few went faster). I would highly recommend Ben West.

I had never sold a house before, so Ben was a blessing. He truly approached my lack of knowledge with the heart of a teacher and made sure I understood every step of the process. Selling a home is one of the largest financial decisions you make in your lifetime, so it gave me peace to understand exactly what was going on at all times. Thank you, Ben!

Well, I really don’t know where to start talking about this guy Ben. I can honestly say he is honest, so very friendly, easy to work with, and just a alright good guy. I had a rental property, Which he sold for me in less than one week. And I needed to sell my house that I was living in because I bought another house. Which we received an offer within three days upon it hitting the market. Ben is amazing. If you want to sell your house or any house may it be a rental or the one you’re living in, Ben is the man you want to work with. He’s alway available when you need to him, anytime! All the time! Ben is so knowledgeable and a very good negotiator! So try him ! You will not be disappointed!

Working with Ben was one of the smoothest processes in regards to buying a home. Ben was always just a phone call away with any houses that we wanted to see or if there was any problems with the paperwork. The home buying process can be very stressful and working with Ben made it all worthwhile to get my family into the home that we needed.

Ben helped me sell my house in lakewood. He answered all my questions honestly and with my best interests in mind. He didn't try to convince me to do what was best for him but was best for my family in our current situation. He helped with every issue that came up and got us a fair deal. Highly recommended.

Ben listed a rehab project for me at 4285 Knickerbocker, Sheffield Lake. He was spot on with the listing price, and we had a solid steam of showings and found our buyer within 3 weeks...at a full listing price I might add! I heard from Ben all throughout the process, and he always took my calls. Ben helped me navigate a few small hurdles with the home inspection and some back and fourth with concessions. I would not hesitate to work with Ben again! Professional as they come, and also very friendly and relatable guy! If you need a top notch Realtor head West my friends!!
