Last Sunday, it was mothers day, (yeah and they were working i felt so bad) I had an appt and i was running around town all day and was dehydrated. I got there and the nurse immediately knew i was dehydrated and offered me water. I didnt even need to ask, it was already there. And so i asked her how she knew i was dehydrated and she could tell by my voice and energy walking in!!! Like wow! These are people who pay attention even when you are not. They will take care of you as long as you hold yourself accountable and follow the guidelines they build for you. They are caring, joyful and knowledgeable people. I left a 1 star review as I had a negative experience. I received another unsolicited message yet again asking for a review and noticed my original 1 star review was missing. So here it is. Last summer I saw a promotional offer on Instagram for a fat loss treatment offered by this clinic so I clicked and signed up. I'm coming from the very west end so a drive downtown is a pain. I show up to my appointment and they wouldn't offer me services without signing up for a multi treatment plan. So I spent money on gas and parking for an appointment for nothing. And why would I sign up for a multi treatment plan for a treatment I've never done and couldn't be sure if it works without undgoing the procedure at least once? The girl at the clinic was rude and condescending when I wouldn't sign up for the multi procedures.With them running this promotional "scam" offering discounts for reviews I wouldn't trust anything that was posted in the last two weeks. I had my lips and Botox done by nurse Jenny and I don't have enough good things to say about my experience with her. It was my first time getting Botox and she made me feel so comfortable and informed me every step of the way about what she was doing and was very knowledgeable about her recommendations.. My lips are absolutely perfect, she exceeded my expectations of what I wanted and was SO gentle, I hardly felt a thing! Jenny was extremely professional and friendly, she had me laughing and chatting the entire time. I can’t wait to come back to see her in a few months for a touch up!! Less
