These guys are great, they repair your window or windows instead of replacing them. They have no minimum window requirements and are half the price of replacing one. They even insulate the pane that’s being replaced. They are fast, friendly and reliable. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have a window repair. We recently had TNZ replace the balance rods in 4 of our windows. These windows were extremely difficult to open and would not stay open without a prop. Now, windows are back to working like new! TNZ were professional, courteous and communicated very well. Although I marked the price "reasonable", they were in line with others who provide this type of service in our area. For me personally, I feel this service is somewhat overpriced considering the amount of time it took to change out the balance rods on 4 windows. I know fuel is a huge expense right now and there was an additional charge for fuel. But, it's like you can let your mechanic change your cabin air filter for an ungodly amount or you can buy one on Amazon for cheap and install yourself. I don't know anything about balance rods so considering my windows now work, and these dudes were good, I'm a happy customer.
