Mike at Power Steering Rack Direct provided a good and easy service for getting a refurbished steering rack for my A5. I gave him my VIN and Mike provided me photos of the one they would supply with its part number matched the one for my VIN. It arrived in a few days delivered direct to the garage, and fitted without issues. It has been working without issues since fitted a few days ago. PSRD also picked up my broken rack within a few days with £100 in cash when collected.
